The Fulbright Program is the largest and most acclaimed international exchange program in the world. China-U.S. Fulbright Program, revived in 1980, is to provide opportunities for cooperation and exchange in educational fields based on equality, reciprocity and mutual benefit. The article starts from the analysis on the background of Fulbright Program and the contribution of Senator Fulbright to the normalization of relationship between US and China. Followed is the study on the promotion of the program and the increase in population of research scholars, students and resident scholars during the past 40 years. In the third part, the impact of program on the enhancement of the mutual understanding through the exchange is to be evaluated. In the fourth part, two Chinese Fulbright research scholars� experience is to be explored as the case study to assess the positive role of the Fulbright program on deepening the understanding and facilitating the cooperation between two countries.

The aim of this research was to determine the difference in the level of physical activity of students of four faculties of the University of Niš. The subject matter of research is a student population whose curricula do not include physical education classes. For the evaluation of the level of physical activity was performed using a questionnaire for the self-evaluation of physical activity (IPAQ – long form). The research included students of the Faculty of Philosophy, Economics, Law and Electronic Engineering of the University of Niš (n= 109; age: 22 ± 0,6 months). On the basis of the obtained results it can be established that there is a significant difference in the level of physical activity among the students of the University of Niš (p=0,000). However, differences in physical activity during leisure time have not been determined (p=0,109). One of the reasons is the active leisure time of the student population, which through sports activities compensates for the lack of physical education at the Faculties.

The transcranial application of low intensity electrical stimulation is a non-invasive brain stimulation procedure that allows to alter the excitability of the cortical cells in both humans and other animals. There is a broad consensus regarding the safety of this approach in humans, and the different versions and protocols of this technique are being used in basic research and clinical studies for years. We provide updated information on regulatory issues concerning the use of the different versions of transcranial electric stimulation (tES). This information may be critical due to its implications on welfare and health of patients. Although tES is a safe and effective method with potential clinical and research utilities, the legal regulation criteria concerning the use of the different versions of tES are of critical relevance due to the implications of brain stimulation for human health and well-being. Recent publications that review and describe all the regulatory and safety aspects regarding the use of tES offer a practical vision about the most up-to-date information in this field.

Background: \n\nStudent possesses a wide range of learning process and it is necessary for every teacher to guide them effectively according to their needs. Multiple modalities are available to give information to the learner to keep their attention and motivation in their study so there is a need of shifting from traditional large group teacher centric education to the multimodal student centric interactive approach. Every student has different approach in gathering and processing the information for learning, there for educationist should know the learning styles and study approaches of their students for guiding them to improve their outcomes. \nAims and objectives:\n\n1. To identify the learning styles and approaches of second year M.B.B.S students who passed out recently.\n\n2. To inform the students regarding availability of different methods for optimum learning.\n\n3. To sensitize the students regarding the pros and cons of different methods and make them aware regarding the proper utilization of learning methods.\n\n4. To make them aware regarding newer methods for gaining knowledge and performing better in the examination.\n\nMethodology: \nThe current study is aimed to identify learning approaches (deep, Strategic and superficial) and learning style (auditory, visual and haptic) among the newly entered second MBBS students by using questionnaire prepared by O’ Brein (30 items) and ASSIST( the Approaches and Study Skills Inventory for Students 52 items) to find out their learning process during first MBBS study.\n\nFindings: \nThe two types of questionnaire were given to the students in their respective practical class held on every thursday. On day one, 124 students were present while on day two, 128 students were present. Visual and haptic are the most common styles while deep and strategic approaches are more common. Males (66) are more as compared to female students (59).\n\nConclusions:\nIn present study, it is observed that Out of 124 students, males are having more visual style (76%) while females are having more haptic style (75%) of learning. In combination, the students are having more visual and haptic styles of learning (75%) as compared to the auditory (56%). To gain the knowledge deep and strategic (in both 97%) approaches are more as compared to the superficial one (74%).In sex wise distribution all females (100%) are having deep approach while 95% males are having deep approach while strategic approach more common in female (90%) as compared to male (85.29%). Superficial approach is observed in 42.19 % students, more in male (45.59%) as compared to females (38.33%). Those are having deep and strategic approach as well as haptic and visual style of learning are having better grades than those having superficial approach and auditory style of learning.

Purpose of the present work is to perform modeling and static, dynamic and vibration analysis of mechanical systems like Industrial Robots. A Mechanical System is a system of elements that interact on mechanical principles. The contemporary technical problems are lashed with high work demands such as high speeds of mechanisms, using lower density materials, high precision of work, etc. The main objective of this work is the dynamical analysis with taking into consideration the interaction between main motion and local vibrations during the model is simulated. Taking the basics of Finite Element Analysis and FEM ; using the CATIA program gives the possibility to generate models; the HYPERMESH is for individual meshing of various components assembled in the robot; at last but not the least ANSYS is used for Static and Dynamic Analysis, on the whole the study is in a phased manner . By bringing in certain program working conditions, many types of numerical data that represented the examined system had to be determined at that time directly by user through a suitable interface system. As a future scope of the project on such a complex system of meshed elements, Vibration analysis using MATLAB might be possible in future by completely understanding the results of the above static and dynamic analysis in finite number of cases of operation of the robot. The present work deals with the analysis of the robot in two different cases of operation.

This paper is a review the relationship between mathematics and philosophy from the perspective of Thomas Hobbes. About how this played the conception of practice scientific in his time, especially in the area of mathematics, trying to answer the question of why this does not appear in the books of mathematical history to the present day. Decision, which in his person was marked by an endearing Galilean physics, without neglecting the geometry and mathematics love, but in different order and depth were not the best achievements of scientific and social research.
