Environmental sanitation is crucial for creating and maintaining conditions that promote health and prevent illness, particularly among childbearing mothers in Nigeria. This study examines the administration of environmental sanitation disposal methods and its implications for adult and special education. The research involved 19,350 registered childbearing mothers, with a sample of 350 participants. A 16-item questionnaire, organized into four clusters, assessed the current practices. The findings revealed that incineration is the most commonly used refuse disposal method. Recommendations include the involvement of local government and educators to guide mothers in selecting appropriate dumping sites to minimize hazards.
