The purpose of this research is to survey the effect of Participative Management on employee effectiveness within the Iranian MELLI Bank. This study aims to describe the impact of participative management on effectiveness through field surveys using two questionnaires focused on participative management and organizational effectiveness. The statistical population includes 1,550 employees of the Iranian MELLI Bank, comprising 447 formal and 1,103 informal workers. A sample size of 308 was determined using the Morgan table. Participative Management and Employee Effectiveness were studied across three dimensions each. To explore the causal relationships between independent and dependent variables, a path model analysis was employed using LISREL 8.5 software. The results indicate that all hypotheses were accepted, demonstrating a significant impact of participative management on employee effectiveness.
