A quantum dynamic framework has been developed to model cancer epigenetic landscapes and the cancer interactome. Vacuum energy dynamics, cytoskeletal networks in tumour morphogenesis, the quantum Butterfly effect in biological information processing, nonlinear evolution of epigenetic landscapes and quantum turbulence in signal transduction have been demonstrated. Gravitation models, fractal topologies and quantum fluid dynamics along with a brief account of game theory, quantum chaos and black holes mechanics in the context of tumour biology have also been depicted. To conclude, cancer has been established as a reversible pathology under a Bohmian Interpretation of the epigenetic flux landscape. A multi-dimensional mathematical model of quantum evolution by adaptive selection has been established for cancer biology.
