Patients' views on healthcare service delivery are often overlooked in developing countries like Lebanon. Traditionally seen as passive beneficiaries, patients' perceptions of service quality and satisfaction can provide valuable insights for healthcare management and policy development. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of patient satisfaction by identifying the key dimensions of healthcare that impact satisfaction with primary care services in Lebanon. Conducted at Mount Lebanon Clinic with a sample of 385 outpatients, the research employs multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings propose and validate a model that details the relationships between influencing factors and patient satisfaction in the Lebanese context. The model is designed to offer a holistic view of patient satisfaction and to provide actionable guidelines for healthcare providers.
