This study aligns with the research conducted by Abelha, Machado, and Costa Lobo (2014), Roldão (1999, 1999a, 2007), Hargreaves (1998), and Alarcão (2003), aiming to explore the collaborative work among teachers within the School Cluster of D. Pedro I, located in Canidelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto. As part of the Educational Territories of Priority Intervention (TEIP), the study employs a quantitative methodological design to analyze teachers' perceptions regarding collaborative work dynamics, curriculum conceptions, management, development, and educational projects. Data collected were statistically analyzed using SPSS version 22. The findings address the initial purpose of understanding teachers' engagement with curriculum concepts, management practices, and work dynamics, as well as their satisfaction with these dynamics in relation to their personal and professional characteristics. This study provides insights for future research and interventions in fostering reflective school cultures focused on excellence.
