We report the case of a 36-year-old woman who was referred to our clinic in Yazd, Iran, with cutaneous leishmaniasis affecting the palmoplantar regions. The patient, a housekeeper, presented with a small plaque in the affected area. She had no history of similar conditions, and after the completion of treatment, her lesions had partially healed. The case highlights the importance of recognizing less common presentations of cutaneous leishmaniasis and the need for timely diagnosis and treatment to prevent complications.
