This study investigates the effectiveness of mobile-based learning in enhancing the vocabulary acquisition of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners. Conducted with 40 male students aged 18-30 at the Islamic Azad University, Shiraz Branch, the research split participants into control and experimental groups. The experimental group utilized mobile devices for learning vocabulary and sentence construction, while the control group used traditional dictionaries. Over an eight-week period, with two sessions per week, a T-test was employed to evaluate the differences in vocabulary retention between the groups. Results demonstrated a significant improvement in vocabulary memorization and recall for students using mobile devices, suggesting that mobile-based learning can be a powerful tool in language education.
