Many papers researched the pressure sources of personnel-officer in elementary and junior high schools as follows: workload, organizational, environment, personal, and superior. Still now, we didn’t find a method to meet and solve principles these influence factors. Therefore, we attempt to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to survey the interrelation of above pressure sources. In this paper, we found that the top three influence factors of pressure sources for personnel-officers are workload, organizational, and superior. Most personnel-officers care about the cause of pressure sources as complicated-business, structure, and environment and equipment. We find the Consistency Index (C.I.) of 'Workload', 'Organizational', 'Environment', 'Personal', and 'Supervisor' are less than 0.1, which suits the definition of T.L. Saaty tolerated.
