The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Stress, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation of Employees in PT. Satriagraha Perfect, Sidoarjo-Krian Areas

This research investigates the impact of transformational leadership, stress, organizational commitment, and employee motivation in PT. Satriagraha Perfect, located in the Sidoarjo-Krian regions. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study employs Sample Random Sampling for data collection, leveraging questionnaires. The data is analyzed through Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 21.0. Findings indicate a significant simultaneous influence of transformational leadership, work stress, organizational commitment, and motivation on employee performance, with an F value of 889.782 and a significance level of 0.000. Partial testing reveals that transformational leadership, work stress, and organizational commitment significantly affect motivation, with calculated t-values of 2.587 (p=0.011), -0.2920 (p=0.004), and 12.329 (p=0.000), respectively. The analysis concludes that organizational commitment is the dominant factor influencing motivation.
