The purpose of the present work is to conduct modeling and static, dynamic, and vibration analysis of mechanical systems such as industrial robots. A mechanical system comprises elements interacting under mechanical principles. Contemporary technical challenges demand high-speed mechanisms, use of low-density materials, and high precision. This study aims to analyze the dynamics considering the interaction between main motion and local vibrations during simulation. Utilizing Finite Element Analysis principles, CATIA is employed for model generation, HYPERMESH for component meshing, and ANSYS for static and dynamic analysis. The analysis is phased, requiring user input through an interface to determine numerical data representing the system. Future work may involve vibration analysis using MATLAB by thoroughly understanding static and dynamic analysis results across various operational cases. This study focuses on two specific operational scenarios of the robot.
